1.  FZC-19-11    A zone change request from Mark Francom for property in the Highway 93 North Zoning District.  The proposal would change the zoning on property located at 153 Dancing Aspen Lane near Kalispell, MT from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural).  The total acreage involved is approximately 10 acres and can legally be described as follows:

4.  FPP-19-10    A request from the Saint Herman Orthodox Church and the Stimer Family Trust, with technical assistance from Meridian Land Surveying, Inc. for preliminary plat approval of Saint Herman Subdivision, a proposal to create two (2) lots-one residential lot and one lot to be used by the Saint Herman Orthodox Church on approximately 40.822 acres.  The applicants are proposing individual wells and septic systems and primary access to the proposed church lot will be from Morning View Drive and access to the house will remain along North Hill Road.  The property is located at 285 North Hill Road and can legally be described as Tract 2A in SW4NW4, in Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

2.  FZC-19-07    A zone change request from Sands Surveying, on behalf of Ronald K. & Carol J. Pierce and Jewel Basin Investments, LLC for properties in the Bigfork Zoning District.  The proposal would change the zoning on property located at 7650 Highway 35 from split zoned SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) and R-2 (One Family Limited Residential) to R-2 (One Family Limited Residential) and the property located at 7664 Highway 35 from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-2 (One Family Limited Residential).  The total acreage involved in the request is approximately 9.87 acres (Tract 5C contains 8.38 acres and Lot 1 of Amended Lot 1 Croskrey Court contains 1.49 acres).  The properties can legally be described as follows:

4.  FPPUD-19-01   A request from Michael Fraser, on behalf of Saddlehorn III, LLC for an expansion of the existing SAG-5 Saddlehorn Planned Unit Development (PUD) to include an additional 56.37 acres of property located to the north and west of the current Saddlehorn development.  The subject property is located along the south side of Highway 209, east of the intersection of Highway 209 and Highway 35 within the Bigfork Zoning District. FPPUD-16-01 Thornton Motorsports LLC/FPP-16-07 Montana Raceway Subdivision: A request from APEC Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Thornton Motorsports, LLC for Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary Plat approval of Montana Raceway Subdivision, a 57-lot residential subdivision located at 3790 Highway 93 North near Kalispell. Containing approximately 40.6 acres, the subject property is located within the Highway 93 North zoning district and is currently zoned AG-40 Agricultural.  The applicant has also requested a zone change from AG-40 to R-1 with an overlay PUD to increase density.  The lots would be served by a public water supply and individual wastewater treatment systems with common drain fields.
