1.  FZC-18-09    A zone change request by Marquardt Surveying, on behalf of the Still Family Trust for properties located at 1017 Three Mile Drive and 35 Harvest Lane near Kalispell, MT within the Westside Zoning District.  The proposal would change the zoning on two parcels containing approximately 83 acres from AG-80/WVO (Agricultural/West Valley Overlay) to AG-20 (Agricultural).  The properties can legally be described as follows:

2. FZC-18-10   A zone change request by Dale Whalen, on behalf of Swan Properties, LLC for property located at 110 Swan River Road in Bigfork, MT within the Bigfork Zoning District. The proposal would change the zoning on a parcel containing approximately 1.414 acres from CCC-1 (Commercial Country Corner-Class 1) to B-2 (General Business).  The property can legally be described as a tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼NE¼) of Section 20, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.   Tract 1 of Certificate of Survey No. 11319.

FPPUD-16-01 Thornton Motorsports LLC/FPP-16-07 Montana Raceway Subdivision: A request from APEC Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Thornton Motorsports, LLC for Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary Plat approval of Montana Raceway Subdivision, a 57-lot residential subdivision located at 3790 Highway 93 North near Kalispell. Containing approximately 40.6 acres, the subject property is located within the Highway 93 North zoning district and is currently zoned AG-40 Agricultural.  The applicant has also requested a zone change from AG-40 to R-1 with an overlay PUD to increase density.  The lots would be served by a public water supply and individual wastewater treatment systems with common drain fields.
