1.  FZC-19-01    A zone change request from Robert W. & Christi S. 3. 3. 4.  FZTA-18-04 CALURS- short term rentals:    A request by the Middle Canyon Land Use Advisory Committee for a zoning text amendment to the Canyon Area Land Use Regulatory System, (C.A.L.U.R.S).  The proposed amendments include adding performance standards to Chapter 4, as Section 4.1 (I), adding ‘Short-Term Rental Housing’ as a Minor Land Use Review to Section 6.2 (B)(9), and adding a definition for ‘Short-Term Rental Housing’ to Chapter 7. FPMA-18-01 Flathead County Trails Plan  The Flathead County Trails Plan has been updated by the PATHS Committee, a subcommittee established by the Flathead County Parks Board.  The Flathead County Trails Plan, which is an element of the Flathead County Growth Policy, requires a public hearing to process the Trails Plan as an element of the growth policy. This agenda item is postponed until further notice.

FPPUD-16-01 Thornton Motorsports LLC/FPP-16-07 Montana Raceway Subdivision: A request from APEC Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Thornton Motorsports, LLC for Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary Plat approval of Montana Raceway Subdivision, a 57-lot residential subdivision located at 3790 Highway 93 North near Kalispell. Containing approximately 40.6 acres, the subject property is located within the Highway 93 North zoning district and is currently zoned AG-40 Agricultural.  The applicant has also requested a zone change from AG-40 to R-1 with an overlay PUD to increase density.  The lots would be served by a public water supply and individual wastewater treatment systems with common drain fields.
