The Flathead County Growth Policy is a non-regulatory document adopted by the Flathead County Commissioners (Resolution #2015A) on March 19, 2007, and most recently updated on August 31, 2023 (Resolution #2015AA).

Neighborhood Plans
The Flathead County Growth Policy Contains neighborhood plans as elements. Neighborhood plans are designed to be more site-specific than the Growth Policy and consistent with the Growth Policy. Neighborhood plans reflect a community's vision of how they intend to grow in the future. Table 11.1 of the Growth Policy lists the neighborhood plans adopted as an amendment to the Growth Policy. The table lists The Amended Stillwater Neighborhood Plan as a neighborhood plan. However, the entire area of The Amended Stillwater Neighborhood Plan has been annexed into the City of Kalispell, therefore the plan is not listed below.
