The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will be holding a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 6:00pm in consideration of a Settlement Offer that was presented to them in the above-referenced application. No Board Discussion will take place at this meeting, it will strictly be to obtain public comment. The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will then hold its discussion and make a determination regarding the Settlement Offer at their regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 6:00pm.
Members of the public will be able to address their concerns regarding only the presented Settlement Offer. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting to make their views or concerns known to the Board. Written comments are strongly encouraged and should be received by the Flathead County Planning & Zoning Office, no later than 5:00 pm, March 25, 2025.

The Flathead County Planning & Zoning Office provides technical planning assistance to Flathead County. We are administered by the Board of County Commissioners. Our primary responsibilities include assisting in all facets of long-range Community and Neighborhood planning, Zoning Administration, and Subdivision Review. We also administer the Flathead County Lakeshore Protection Program and Flathead County Floodplain Program. Our staff is available to talk about any aspect of development occurring in Flathead County.
