Seniors for Seniors Program	FCAS offers a senior cat for seniors program! Senior cats over the age of 7 years are free of charge for loving homes of seniors ages 65 years or older (proof of age required). Check out our adoptable cat page to find the senior cat for you! Medicare Benefits Counseling & Assistance	State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Assistance with Medicare/Medicaid and supplemental insurance. We help with finding the best Part D (prescription) plan to meet your needs. Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) This is a project that recruits volunteers to learn about the Medicare system and teaches beneficiaries how to read their insurance statements. Dust Cost Share Program	The Dust Cost Share Program is set up to share cost of dust abatement with the county and residence on qualifying county roadways.	Road and Bridge	Web page about the Dust Cost Share Program.
Ombudsman Program	Advocacy for all residents of long-term care facilities (nursing homes and assisted living facilities), assisting them in resolving problems or complaints.
