In a two-to-one vote, Flathead County Commissioners today opposed the purchase of the property at 305 Wiley Dike Road, Kalispell, Montana. The property was slated to become a regional septage treatment plan and biosolids composting facility in the lower valley. County Commissioners Randy Brodehl and Brad Abell opposed, while Commissioner Pam Holmquist voted in favor of the purchase.
