iDoc Web Portal
The iDoc Web Portal allows access to Flathead County recordings back to 1998 via the internet. The images and index information are uploaded each night and made available through a secure, password-protected web portal. Users can easily locate documents, view the detailed indexing information, and even view and print the image. All of this from the comfort of any computer with access to the internet.
The annual fee for access to the Clerk and Recorder’s Recording iDoc Web Portal is $180.00 annually per business physical address.
To register as an iDoc Web Portal user, please complete the attached form and submit to the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder’s Office via:

We will assign your business ID and PASSWORD, prepare an invoice for the annual fee and mail or fax the information to your business address.
