HOW TO REQUEST/RESEARCH PUBLIC RECORDS
In Person/Mail:
There are a variety of ways to access and request our Public Records. Records may be requested or researched in person at our location. For access to our in person Public Research Library (Open Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) please check in at the Plat Room front desk. If you already know your Document Number, you may submit a Document Request Form (Download Below) in person or via mail.
Online:
Documents may also be researched online. Our Document Databases are split in two. With iDocMarket you may research documents recorded after 1984 and County Record Archives you may research documents recorded before 1984. (Click Green Text for Link)
Both iDocMarket and County Record Archives require fees to access, based on the time period of access you wish to have. Please see the respective sites for fees.
Account Troubleshooting:
The most common cause of issues with both iDocMarket and County Record Archives is not verifying your email address. Both sites require that you verify your email before using your account.
If you are having ongoing issues with your iDocMarket account, please call our partner Tyler Technologies @ +1 800-247-1161 for assistance. If you are having ongoing issues with your Archives account, please call our office at (406) 758-5526.
