Dog License Application

All dog-owning Flathead County residents must purchase a County license for all dogs over the age of four months. New residents must purchase this dog license within 30 days of moving into the County.

This can be faxed by your veterinarian or you (transmit to: 406-752-1546), scanned and e-mailed by your veterinarian or you (fcas(at)flathead.mt.gov), hand delivered to the shelter during open hours, or mailed.
