FPP-23-22 Steamboat Landing
On April 11, 2024, the Flathead County Commissioners determined that additional information provided by the Applicants is considered new information.
Due to this determination by the Commissioners the Flathead County Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on May 8, 2024, at 6:00pm to consider only the new information provided.
Members of the public will be able to address their concerns regarding only the new information at this public hearing. Once the public hearing on the new information has been closed, the Flathead County Planning Board will review the proposal in its entirety.

Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee
A seat on the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee (BLUAC) is currently open for appointment. The term will begin June 1, 2024, and continue until May 31, 2025.
Interested parties must be residents and registered voters within the BLUAC jurisdiction for a minimum of two years.

Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee
A Member-at-Large seat on the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee (BLUAC) is open for a one-year appointment on May 30, 2024. The term will expire on May 31, 2025. Applicants must be residents and registered voters within the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee jurisdiction for a minimum of two years.
The position of Recording Secretary to the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee (BLUAC) is open for appointment. The term will expire on May 31, 2025.

The Flathead County Planning & Zoning Office provides technical planning assistance to Flathead County. We are administered by the Board of County Commissioners. Our primary responsibilities include assisting in all facets of long-range Community and Neighborhood planning, Zoning Administration, and Subdivision Review. We also administer the Flathead County Lakeshore Protection Program and Flathead County Floodplain Program. Our staff is available to talk about any aspect of development occurring in Flathead County.
