1. FCU-18-15    A request from Evergreen Business Center, Inc., with technical assistance from APEC Engineering, Inc. for a conditional use permit to build duplexes on the 15 proposed residential lots of Hidden Buck Meadows Subdivision which was granted preliminary plat approval on March 12, 2019.  The lot where the residential development will occur is located south of the Evergreen Jr. High School and west of 2150 Highway 2 East within the Evergreen Zoning District.  The property contains approximately 4.73 acres and is zoned B-3 (Community Business).  The property can legally be described as Tract 1LA in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section 04, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

2. FCU-18-10    A request from Lisa Batten for a conditional use permit to operate a commercial kennel on a lot located within the Echo Lake Zoning District.  The property is located at 645 Echo View Drive, and is zoned SAG-5 (Suburban Residential).  The property contains approximately 5 acres and can legally be described as Tract 1CBAB in Section 8, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.  This item was reviewed by the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee (BLUAC) at a legally noticed meeting on Thursday, November 29, 2018.

FCU-19-03    A request from CROW, LLC, for a conditional use permit for a ‘Cluster Housing Development’ on property located at 1545 Karrow Avenue, Whitefish, MT within the Rural Whitefish Zoning District.  The property contains approximately 15.26 acres and is zoned R-2.5 (Rural Residential).  The property can legally be described as Lot 2 of Assembly of God II Subdivision in Section 01, Township 30 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

April 02, 2019

1.  FACU-19-02    A request from The Market Beautiful on behalf of J&J Ranch, for a conditional use permit for a ‘Temporary Use’ on property located at 1875 Voerman Road near Whitefish, MT within the Southeast Rural Whitefish Zoning District.  The applicant is requesting a permit to allow a one-day antique and handmade market event to be held on July 6, 2019 on the subject properties.  The J&J Ranch properties contain approximately 300 acres with the market to be held primarily around the center of the property.  The property is zoned AG-20 (Agricultural) and can legally be described as Tracts 2 and 4 in Section 33, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, and Tracts 2, 2B and 8 in Section 34, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

2.  FCU-19-02    A request by Forest Nelson on behalf of Gregory and Gina Nelson, for a conditional use permit for a Recreational Facility to allow for weddings on property located at 264 El Rancho Road within the Eastside Zoning District.  The property contain approximately 75 acres and can legally be described as Tract 1 of COS 19269 in the SE ¼ of Section 9 and the SW ¼ of Section 10, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

March 5, 2019 *Meeting has been cancelled*

FCU-19-01   *Application was withdrawn by applicant on February 26, 2019 @ 4:10 pm.  A request by Sands Surveying, Inc. on behalf of J & J Ranch for a conditional use permit to expand a previously approved “Camp and Retreat Center” (FCU-18-06) to allow for weddings on properties located at 1865 and 1875 Voerman Road within the Rural Whitefish Zoning District and Haskill Basin East Zoning District.  The weddings would be an addition to the previously approved glamping and benefit concerts.  The properties contain approximately 314 acres and can legally be described as Tracts 2 and 4 in Section 33, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, and Tracts 2, 2B and 8 in Section 34, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
