Draft Lakeside Neighborhood Plan
At 9:45 am on October 14, 2010, nearly three years after the Lakeside Community started work on revising the Lakeside Neighborhood Plan, the Flathead County Commissioners approved a Resolution of Intent to adopt the revised Lakeside Neighborhood Plan 2010. The Resolution of Intent kicks of a 30 day public comment period in which the Commissioners will accept and consider all written comment regarding the plan. This 30 day public comment period will end on November 19, 2010.

You can access the most up to date draft by clicking here. The current version of the draft plan is Version 27, dated 7/02/2010. Any version of the draft plan dated earlier is no longer up to date. Please make sure the version you have is dated 7/02/2010 (top left hand side of the front cover).
The Flathead County Planning Board recommended approval of the Lakeside Neighborhood Plan to the Flathead County Commissioners following a public hearing held on September 15th, 2010 at 6 PM in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Earl Bennett Building located and 1035 1st Ave W, Kalispell MT. The Planning Board did not recommend changes to the draft.
