Marriage Application
Welcome to the Flathead County Clerk of Court Marriage License Application site!
- Please fill out the application completely.
- Prior to your ceremony, the bride and groom must appear together at the Clerk of Court to sign the application, which will be printed upon your arrival.
- After signing the application before the Clerk of Court, payment of $53 will be required. Payment of the fee will be required in person and can be cash, check, money order, or credit card (additional $1.50 fee will be applied for credit card payments).
