Dog License Application

Flathead County residents residing outside of Kalispell and/or Whitefish city limits must purchase a County license for all dogs over the age of four months. New residents must purchase this dog license within 30 days of moving into the County.

The following is required when purchasing a Flathead County Dog License:

- Proof of current rabies vaccination. Your veterinarian may provide this information.

- Proof of spaying or neutering in order to receive the license fee discount available for altered dogs.

No refund shall be made on any dog license.

Please allow two to three weeks for delivery of your license.
