Questions are arranged alphabetically by category, then in order of importance. Please contact us if your question does not appear in this list.

  • Question: When can I visit an inmate?
  • Answer:

    Currently visiting hours are limited to Saturday and Sunday. We have four (4) visiting rooms and you must schedule the visiting time the day of the visit. You must register in person the day of the visit; the officer will then give you the next available visiting time. Special needs may at times be accommodated, please call Commander Frame at 406-758-5687 to make arrangements.

    Visiting Hours :
    Saturday:  From noon until 9pm, with a one hour break from 1pm to 2pm for lunch.  Visitor sign in begins at 11:45.
    Sunday:  From 9am until 9pm, with a one hour break for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.  Visitor sign in begins at 8:45.
    Maximum of 4 persons visiting and one visit per inmate per day. You must be over 18 years of age to visit an inmate.
  • Question: Do inmates receive medical treatment?
  • Answer:

    Inmates have daily access to medical care. Due to HEPA laws; medical issues of inmates are confidential and cannot be discussed with others.

  • Question: Who provides the inmates' telephone services?
  • Answer:

    The Inmate telephone services are provided by Securus Technologies. For customer questions about billing and access, please call 1-800-844-6591, 24 hours a day.

  • Question: How often are commissionary items offered?
  • Answer:

    Commissary is offered two times a week; available items for order include hygiene items and food selections. Please note that cash money is the only thing accepted for inmates.
